With a generous grilling surface and a floating hinge system, the Platinum Grill is capable of grilling in 3 different positions making it the ultimate in versatility. It offers both traditional and flat grilling as well as a grill & melt setting for open sandwiches and melts. The adjustable height control and 3 temperature settings give complete control for excellent cooking results.
