Description
Russell Hobbs are one of the leading brands in Irons and know a thing or two when it comes to introducing products designed to make the dreaded chore of ironing that little bit easier.
Following extensive research by Russell Hobbs on what consumers look for when purchasing an iron, the new range of Russell Hobbs Precision Heat Irons have been developed by Russell Hobbs expert team of product designers to help you steam through the ironing and with the minimum of effort.
Featuring unique temperature control technology which accurately maintains the correct temperature, the new Russell Hobbs Precision Heat Irons features a one touch temperature selection control for precise ironing results and confidence when ironing different fabrics.
When you’re ready to iron, simply press the heat button to match your garment care label and once the desired temperature has been reached the button will stay lit and a beep will be heard - now you’re ready to go. There are four heat select buttons ranging from one dot (nylon & silk) to max (denim). Each button is also colour coded - blue, green, purple and red, so you can see the temperature is right at a glance.
With a large ceramic soleplate to glide quickly and easily over fabrics, variable temperature and steam settings, plus a powerful 35g/min steam output, with 100g shot of steam, the Russell Hobbs Precision Heat Iron (Model No. 13983) also has the luxury of a large 330ml water tank, meaning less time will be spent refilling. To make your ironing experience even easier, the iron features a specially designed ergonomic soft touch handle for your convenience and comfort.
The vertical steam facility is another great time saving feature, ideal for removing wrinkles from furnishing fabrics, curtains and from hanging clothes quickly and easily, without having to take them down. The fine mist water spray is perfect for dampening dry areas and the iron can even be used as a dry iron if required.
Amazingly the features don’t end there, as the iron includes a self-clean function with anti-scale agent to prevent the build-up of scale, an auto-shut off facility, which will switch the iron off after 30 seconds if the soleplate is down, or after 7 minutes if it’s upright and a 3 metre cord with swivel cord guard for added convenience.
