The toaster has been around for over eighty years and is a trusted fixture in the British kitchen, always on hand to make a delicious slice of toast whenever called upon.
Such is our love affair with the toaster they can be found in eight out of ten homes throughout the country, with Russell Hobbs being the nations number one brand name.
Style is very much key when purchasing appliances for the kitchen and the toaster is no different, as consumers crave appliances which not only look good but deliver high performance as well. With this in mind Russell Hobbs are launching the new Classic Retro Toaster – perfect for anyone who wants classic styling with tomorrow’s technology.
The new Russell Hobbs Classic Retro Toaster is available in both two and four slice models and successfully merges timeless styling with this season’s fashionable curves. All functions of the toaster are conveniently located on the side of the toaster with indicator lights showing which setting has been selected.
With a six-position variable browning control you can select your preferred level of browning by simply moving the selector. The eject button is handy if you wish to cancel the toasting process at any time and the frozen bread setting takes a guesswork out of toasting frozen bread. For reheating toast, the re-heat function will give a give burst of heat to unbuttered toast at the touch of a button.
Additional features include a bagel function which will only heat the outer elements. Simply split the bagel and the outside of the bagel will be gently warmed with the cut side toasted to perfection. The high-lift facility makes it easier to remove smaller items like bagels or crumpets and for convenience you can toast either thick or thin bread.
