  • Privacy Policy

    When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and shipping history.   • Ordering Process

    There are two ways to order: The easiest way to order is by using our webcart on our website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. The second way is to phone your order through to us on 0845 658 9700. Please be aware all phone orders are charged at Full cost and not the prices shown on the website.

  • Delivery

    We will dispatch your order within 7-10 working days subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes.

    Shipping Zones UK mainland only.

    Please note: for orders requiring shipment outside of the UK, payment will not be taken and orders will not be processed.
    The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.

    All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. You can track the status of your order by imputing your login code on our track order page. Your login code is emailed to you when you complete your order.

  • Cancellation or Changing your order

    Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, and we will deduct the direct cost from the refund.   • Returns

    We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

    Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to Salton Europe Ltd, Customer Service Department, Princess Street, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0HS. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it. If a returned item has been opened or used it may be subject to a 10% restocking charge as the item can no longer be resold at our normal price.

    Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us on 0845 658 9700 or by email contact us. We will then supply the correct pre-paid label or postage to enable its return. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our our fault will either replace the product or give you a full refund. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions.

We will use the information you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Switch or Solo cards. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using SSL technology. The prices displayed on are web site are in £GBP British pound Sterling.

    We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

  • Competitions

  • By entering this competition entrants will be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • This competition is open to all UK Mainland residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any Salton Europe Limited Group company, companies associated with the competition and all affiliates of such companies (collectively "the Companies") may not enter any prize draw or competition
  • No purchase is necessary. To be entered in the prize draw, entrants must enter valid contact details (including email address) on the competition page on www.russellhobbs.co.uk/competitions.html. Incomplete entries will not be eligible. Unless stated otherwise each eligible entry will be automatically entered into a prize draw. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
  • Only one entry per person and/or per email address. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late entries will be disqualified.
  • Closing date for entries is midnight 30/09/2009
  • Winners will be selected at random by an independent person appointed by Salton Europe Ltd from all correct and eligible entries received.
  • The winners will be notified by phone or email by 30/10/09. Prizes will be dispatched by parcel delivery to the address stated on the competition entry. No liability will be accepted in the event that for any reason delivery cannot be made to the address stated.
  • There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  • Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter , the Companies and their agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control.
  • If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
  • The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
  • Details of prize winners' names will be available for one month after 31/07/08 by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
  • The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes.
  • English Law applies.
  • As a result of entering the competition, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if given) will be added to a marketing database which may be used by Salton Europe Limited to contact you in the future unless otherwise stated.
